How To Place An Order

Once your have added all the items you wish to purchase to the shopping bag, you are ready to complete your order. Simply follow these easy steps to ensure success.

  1. Review the items in your shopping bag
  2. Enter your billing and shipping address
  3. Review shipping costs
  4. Review your order and enter your payment information
  5. Return Policy
  6. Finalize your order
  1. Review Shopping Bag

    The shopping bag contains all the items you selected while you were shopping. You can choose to continue shopping, delete items or update quantities.

    To Delete an Item: Change the quantity to '0' (zero) in the quantity text-field and press the 'Update Bag' button.

    To Update Quantities for an Item: Type in the desired amount in the quantity text-field and press the 'Update Bag' button.

  3. Billing and Shipping Address

    At this step you will need to enter your billing and shipping address. Please make sure to enter your address information exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. We do not allow an alternate shipping address, all orders must be shipped to the credit card billing address.

    All purchases are shipped via ground transportation in the continental USA only. Orders placed with an international shipping address or an address outside of the continental USA will be followed up by a Concierge Service Representative with shipping costs. Please call toll free for questions and information about expedited and international shipping.

  5. Review Shipping Costs

    Review the shipping costs for your order. Upon review of the shipping costs, please click the 'Continue to Step 3' button.

  7. Final Order Review and Payment Information

    Please review your order for consistency and accuracy and enter your credit card information. Select the proper payment method from the pull-down menu and be sure to enter your credit card number exactly as it appears on your card. Select your expiration date from the pull-down menu. Entering the card code on the back of your credit card is not mandatory.

    By clicking on the 'Finalize Order' button you are authorizing a charge to the credit card you provide.

  9. Order Confirmation

    A final summary and confirmation of your order will be displayed along with your order number. You will also receive a confirmation email sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

  10. Return Policy

    Items are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in new/saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. A refund or exchange will be made as requested by the purchaser. For your protection, credit card information used to make your purchase is not retained in our system. Please contact us with this information if a credit is due to your account. 

    Please note that beds, pillows and opened bedding are not returnable.

    For items being sent to our Returns department, please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail. This service is offered by USPS, UPS, FedEx and other carriers. Please include a note with your address and daytime phone number along with your instructions and a copy of your sales receipt or packing slip, and send to:
